PENTTILÄ GARDENS COTTAGES
Lake Puula, or Puulavesi, with around five hundred islands is one of the eight largest lakes of Finland. Its area is 331 square kilometers.
In 2010 I was invited by the summer inhabitants of Puukonsaari (Puukon-island) one of the three largest islands in Puula, to teach a watercolor course - a workshop on their island. This was such a pleasurable as fruitful experience that in the summer of 2011 the second workshop was organized.
